Part III - Cancel/Reschedule/New Appointment for clients

In this video you'll learn to use one of the best features of the website which allows you to "Switch To" the clients account to make a new booking/reschedule/cancel an appointment for them in the case of you being with the client and want to book them the next appointment whilst they are there or one of your clients contact you directly and asks you to reschedule/cancel an appointment for them.

Using this feature will avoid any human error as it will use the automated system to allocate the rooms for any action you take.

Important points to remember

  • Payment

    You need to enter the clients card details for the booking to be made. if you require a Cash Payment on the day feature please ask Rachel or us.

  • New/Cancel/Reschedule Appointment

    Please use the "Switch To" feature in tutorials Part III to cancel/reschedule or to make a new appointment for the client.
