Part I - Login

This is how you login to the system to check the appointments or to make a new booking.

Part II - Appointments

Here you can learn how to check the existing appointments and filter them by date, therapist, customer or the treatment.

Part III - Booking (New and Existing Client)

In this part, you can learn how to make a new booking for the walk=ins at the Reception or on the Phone.

First, you need to find out if they are New or Existing client and then you can follow one of the steps and make a new booking.

Important points to remember

  • Payment

    You need to enter the clients card details for the booking to be made. if you require a Cash Payment on the day feature please ask Rachel or us.

  • New/Cancel/Reschedule Appointment

    Please use the "Switch To" feature in tutorials Part III to cancel/reschedule or to make a new appointment for the client.
