Natural Yogurt – 1 cups
Water – 2 cups (you can adjust the amount of water according to your preference)
Fresh mint leaves – 4-5
Ginger, peeled – 1/2″ inch piece
Fresh coriander leaves – 4-5
Himalayan Salt – ¼ tsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp
- Puree together mint leaves, ginger, coriander leaves and mix with the yogurt and water
- Now in a jar, blend together the pureed herbs, Himalayan salt, cumin powder, ground black pepper, chilled water until frothy.
- Garnish with cumin powder, and mint leaves and serve room temperature.
