Description

Are you wondering what mindfulness is all about or you have heard great things like it can help to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, symptoms of chronic pain, addictive behaviours and IBS?  Have you heard how mindfulness practice can improve sleep, reduce headaches, improves concentration, to name but a few?  Would you like to find out a bit more about it before you sign up for an 8-week course?  Now is your chance!  In this taster session you will have an opportunity to find out about the 8-week course, ask questions and take part in some simple mindfulness practices.

Please note that there is very limited parking available at The Circle and we cannot guarantee you a space. Please therefore ensure that you allow yourself of plenty of time to find alternative parking. If you do park at The Circle, you provide reception with your vehicle registration number each time you visit in order to avoid being issued a parking ticket. You must also ensure that you only park in the spaces allocated to The Circle and not those that belong to the Underground Gym.
